Join us in a sacred space where movement, mindfulness, and deep connection come together. The Women’s Sacred Soul Circle is a unique gathering designed to support emotional well-being, self discovery, and healing through the integration of yoga and licensed mental health expertise.
What to expect....

Grounding & Breathwork
We'll spend 75hrs learning the importance of the lineage of yoga, asana, pranayama, subtle body and meditation.

Yoga for Emotional release
We'll spend 30 hours understanding the physiology of the body, anatomically and biomechanically.

Therapeutic Reflection & Discussion
We'll spend 30 hours understanding the history, philosophy and ethical practice of yoga.

Community & Support
We'll spend 50 hours learning teaching methodology, professional development and practice teaching.

Join the Circle
Our sessions are open to all women, whether you’re new to yoga and mindfulness or have an established practice. Come as you are-no experience is necessary, just an open heart.
Meet the Lead Practitioners
Dr. Felicia Tozzi
Dr. Felicia Tozzi specializes in Trauma informed approach through her teaching and also through her on personal practice. Dr. Felicia Tozzi is the CEO of QC Fit Yoga and Founder of Soulful School of Yoga where she leads Trauma Informed Yoga trainings to help educate others on the importance of birding the gap between mental health and physical health. Dr. Felicia Tozzi is also currently in Yoga Therapy school studying to become a CIAYT Yoga Therapist.

Desi K. McKoy
Desi specialize in providing a safe, judgment-free space where we focus on your unique challenges and goals. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles, I use evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help you uncover practical solutions.
